In today’s busily-paced world, it’s difficult to avoid stress. Stressors are everywhere. From the noise of a busy street or the hum of non-stop air-conditioning at work through excessive consumption of coffee and alcohol to sudden events like illness or a death or even deadlines at work.

The truth is that we live in a stressful world—whether at work, school, or at home.

Stress, even of mild intensity, accumulates in our bodies in the form of tension. When it overwhelms us, it can lead to serious physical and emotional problems.

That’s why it’s so important to have a daily anti-stress practice and to realize the importance of this habit.

Fortunately, there are solutions and techniques for this.

That is why I’m currently developing a stress reduction and management course.

The course will teach:

  • how to cope with stress and difficult emotions,
  • how to recognize what is happening in our bodies when we feel them,
  • how to recognize what causes stress responses,
  • quick and easy techniques that you can apply anywhere,
  • breathing techniques,
  • meditation techniques,
  • how movement and yoga may help,
  • how to take a holistic approach to dealing with stress, and
  • how to plan your day to reduce stress.

So, what is this course about?

The goal is to reduce the feeling of being stressed, learn to identify stress, and acquire various tools to be able to deal with stress and difficult emotions almost anytime and anywhere.
