1:1 ONLINE COACHING FOR WOMEN

You’ve spent a decade (or more) taking care of everyone else.
It’s your turn now.

You’re smart. You’re capable. And somewhere along the way, you got so good at showing up for everyone else that you stopped showing up for yourself. The weight crept up. The stiffness set in. You look in the mirror and don’t quite recognise the person looking back—not just physically, but who she is. You’ve been running on empty for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to actually have energy.

I know this because I hear it over and over. And I’m here to tell you: this is fixable. Not with a 30-day challenge or a meal plan or a new gym membership you’ll feel guilty about not using. With something slower and more real than that.

WHAT WE’RE REALLY DOING HERE

Strength training is not just exercise. For women, it’s a quiet act of reclamation.

We’ve spent so long trying to make ourselves smaller—smaller bodies, smaller voices, taking up less space. Strength training is the opposite of that. It’s building a body that’s capable, powerful, and yours. A body you trust. And yes, that might mean living in a bigger body than diet culture told you to want. I’m completely fine with that. I hope you’ll get there too.

But this isn’t just about lifting weights. It’s about sleep that actually restores you. Nutrition that works around your real life (and your real food preferences, including the weird ones). Stress that stops eating you alive. Habits that stick because they fit your life, not someone else’s ideal version of it.

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause—or just noticing that your body is changing and nobody told you what to do about it—that’s something I specifically work with. It changes everything: training, nutrition, sleep, stress response. We account for all of it.

THIS MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF…
  • You think for yourself and you’re suspicious of one-size-fits-all advice
  • You want to understand the why behind what you’re doing, not just follow instructions
  • You’re ready to actually change things, not just think about changing things
  • You have a complicated relationship with food, your body, or exercise, and you need someone who genuinely gets that
  • You’re neurodivergent (or suspect you might be) and tired of programs that assume your brain works a certain way
  • You want to feel stronger, more capable, and more like yourself—whatever that means for you

This is probably not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a strict meal plan to follow without question, or someone who’ll tell you what you want to hear. I won’t push you beyond what you’re ready for, but I will be honest with you. Change requires showing up consistently, even when it’s uncomfortable. I’ll be in your corner, but I can’t want it more than you do.

A note on neurodivergence and food

I’m autistic, and the human body is one of my special interests. That means I’ve gone deep on exercise physiology, nutrition, psychology, sleep, and hormonal health—not because I had to, but because I can’t stop. It also means I understand, viscerally, how food aversions work. How eating the same five things on rotation isn’t a failure of willpower. How “just eat more vegetables” is sometimes genuinely not that simple.

I won’t make you eat things you can’t eat. I won’t pretend a broccoli salad is the answer to everything. We work with your reality, not some nutrition textbook’s version of it.
